Surgeon Testimonial David C. Elliott, M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Elliot is the best surgeon I ever had. I love! He is do nice, I will tell anyone if they shoulf see him. The staff at his office are so nice.The nurse always pick up the phone, I never got the voice mail, the insurance lady calls you back which is a plus!
