had my appt today at 2:30.  I lost my last 10 POUNDS!!! yipee i am 146, i have not been 146 since i was say 12 years old, it is amazing. My eval went wonderful I am having my tummy tuck on April 12!!!!  I have my preop on the 11th, I have to stay in the hospital for a 1-2 days then wear a girdle for 6 months.  I did my own 2 day pouch test kinda over the weekend, i drank just shakes and had some peanut butter to mke sure i was at goal for this appt today.  I may call the bariatric appt nurse, to see if i can push it back one week.  I forgot that i am suppose to be going to myrtle beach the weekend of my surgery.  I hate to wait another week, but i also want to go to the beach! and i dont think after having surgery, i will be able to walk around myrtle beach! with a few drains in... YUCK!
