Surgeon Testimonial

David Le, MD
When I first met doctor Le thought about how young he looked, I was a little scared to be honest. Be when we started talking about my procedure I was excited. He made me feel as if everything would be okay, and I knew I could trust him. The staff at KKSF is made up of a bunch of awesome people. They were just as happy as me once they learned that I was having surgery!!! I think that anyone who has doctor Le is lucky, because he really does care about the well being of he patients.

Hey OH fam..How is everyone?
on April 27, 2010 11:47 am
Hi guys! How has everyone been? Well I've been good just working and going to school. I haven't updated in a while, but it's kinda like there really isn't much to update so if I wait awhile I will have a good amount to talk about. So here it goes: I got a new job working at cisco systems. I'm still going to school and I also finished phlebotomy and I got my certificate, now all I have to do is take the state exam. Weight wise I'm doing good and finally think that I stabilized, I went from 155 to 135 and I felt like I was getting too skinny, so I gained about 11 pounds and now I fluctuate between 145-148. I'm satisfied with my weight now and hope not to lose anymore. I work out at least five days a week and for about 1.5. Every now and then I go off and eat a cookie or some pasta but I've learned how not to make it a habit like the old days.  My boyfriend and I are still together although for a moment there, I let the compliments and men get to my head and was on the verge of  cheating on him. By the grace of god I came to my senses before I did something stupid, and let one of the best things in my life get away. I'm not proud of it ,but hey if I only told you guys the good and not the bad. I wouldn't be real and I never wanna be anything other than real with you guys. I honestly believe that not only did this surgery give me my health back, but it also gave my confidence, and strength, and I feel like I can achieve just about anything that I want to. My weight is not a factor anymore and I have nothing to hide behind, nothing to put the blame one if I fail. So I always try my hardest and push myself. Anyways that's about it for now, too all the newbies hang in there and nice to make your aqquaintence. To all my old friends hopefully this blog reaches you in good health and spirits.

Its been waaayyy to long

Hey OH fam,
First  off happy new years! Hope all is starting off well. As for me I'm good still at my goal, sometimes a pound or two under, I haven't wrote for so long and I feel bad because I sometimes see people stop communicating on OH when they have meet their goal, kinda like they don't need OH anymore and with me thats not the case! Alot of my success with GBS is because of the people on here giving advice on what to do and what not to do.  But anyways I'm still eating right and working out and a couple weeks ago I had a consult with the plastic surgeon for breast aug, lift, and tummy tuck. Its as  expensive as I thought and I'm not sure if right now is the best time for it, but I'm thinking about it. This will be my first summer at my goal weight and I wanna look good..lol Oh I just want to say I'm honored to be an inspiration to some of the people on here, thank you for giving me that privilage! If anyone has any questions just leave me a message and I will get back to you, I dont mind answering them!

I'm so excited that there is a site dedicated to WLS and all the people who have gone throught the transformation. Anyway I have been Struggling with my weight all my life, my turning point was when I reached 371 pounds. Hopefully I will have my sugery by the end of march. I still have to lose 20 more pounds before I can even see my surgeon, and make a surgery date. Well
..I look forward to sharing my experince with the rest of the OH community, as alot of you have given me strenght and courage.
