i had a fill on tuesday and maggie the fill person was horrible!  i have gained a couple pounds - it's been a tough year - i'm going into full blown peri menopause.  i went there with my period and wsa crabby and it just didn't go well.

first slime and productive burp?

well i was trying to eat a piece of yesterdays bbq chicken breast and  a slice of sara lee's whole wheat 45 calorie bread with butter and thought i was having a small stuck episode which i've been having in the am's lately..............  but it got worse and worse and worse and hurt like H___!!  i spit up a bunch of foam after about 20 minutes and thought it was going to be better and i was wrong, i ended up having it all come back up............  EWWW!!   NO MORE CHICKEN for me!!!!!!!  nice way to start out the month.

A small victory

i could finally get my wedding rings on again, they were a little tight but i haven't worn them for 10 years or so, so my finger doesn't have the indentation from them anymore

was on July 29, and i received 1cc more to my band....  that makes 4cc total.  i also had the upper GI and all that done and everything is all okay, just a one year check up.  i can now wear a Lee's size 18 women and that i haven't been into for at least 10 years or so.   i am though eating more than 1 cup at a meal - it's probably 1.5 cup or so so that i have to really work on and try not to eat so fast.....  old habit that is really hard to break.  but other than that i'm doing fine...i'm a turtle but didn't he win the race in the end!!

I"m under 250#   yay  yay  this is where I wanted to be at Memorial Day, but what the hay - I'll take it!!
