My Story

I started at 315 last September, 10. To this point I am halfway to my goal of 190! I have had good luck loosing weight without being able to do much exercise. I have had several orthopedic problems which limit my exercise to swimming. Right now that is limited as it is almost 50 mi each way to swim in a theraputic pool. Gas prices are prohibitive! will be easier this summer when local pools open.
I have had 3 fills and have done well until I started to experience heartburn yesterday. Am limiting my diet until I feel better.

Think my MD and his staff are very professional, positive people. They seem to care and are very quick to get back to me if I have a question.
