is it normal to have “Normal” bowel movements with the DS surgery? Not hard but soft formed? For so long I have had runny bowel movements but for a couple of days it was not at all runny. I know this is a gross topic, but I am

I had my duodenal switch In 2012 and have had diarrhea but all of a sudden the last few days I’m constipated. Are usually go to the bathroom for five times a day and now I’m lucky if I have one bowel movement. Is that normal? any help you can give

is it normal to have diarrhea everyday regardless of what I eat? I go at least 4-5 times a day.

I had duodenal switch October 26, 2012 and for a month now I’ve had horrible heartburn which causes me to throw up.

i had the Duodenal Switch Oct 26, 2012 and for about a month, I have had horrible heartburn.  It’s so bad that I throw up.  Has anyone else experienced that?

You are going to think I'm crazy but is it normal with the DS surgery to have horrible sewer like gas smells and bowel movements. My daughter tells me the smell is awful and I'm getting paranoid.

i had the DS surgery on October 26, 2012. About the last month or so, no matter what I eat causes me terrible stomach pains and food goes straight through me. I love losing more weight but not like this.

I had the DS surgery going on 3 years and I still want to lose 25 lbs but I am stuck and can't seem to lose any more.  Do any of you have any suggestions?
