My take on this 5 day pouch test.
on September 16, 2008 10:41 am
Ok,  I decided to do the 5 day pouch test.

Yesterday was my first day.  I had 2 full strengh protien shakes.  Isopure reallly bites so I put some chocolate powder in one which made it taste better. I used one shake that I got as a sample at Vitamin World. Not too bad, but still a protien shake.  I diluted one unintentionally (gotta read those directions).  I drank lots of water and had some tomato soup and mushroom soup.

I was cranky.  Worse thank PMS as far as I can remember what PMS felt like.  My hubby said I looked terrible. Even felt terrible.  I couldn't cook so I bought the fam Del Taco.

What I have noticed is that my pouch doesn't hurt. It actually feels good.  I didn't have that awful gas that I normally have.  Those improvements show that something good is going on.

Big downer is that when I got on the scale this AM I lost nothing.

Today I begin day 2.  I will report how that went!!!!
