Surgeon Testimonial

Paul Benn, M.D.
He seemed friendly with good sense of humor; he laughed easily and wasn't afraid of questions even the hard questions. I felt even better about him when he allowed me to meet with him a second time to ask more questions. He encouraged my questions and seemed generally pleased that I had done more research.

His office staff is very friendly and open--answering all questions and inquires quickly. They are very good about their follow up as well--I don't feel as if I have been "left hanging". The practice has a structured aftercare program--prior to surgery you attend a pre-op surgery class. When the office sends you this pre-op package in the mail it has all your follow up appointments listed as well as material that will be gone over in the class.

With regard to risks of surgery--Dr. Benn answered them with honesty and without hesitation.

I believe him to be a good surgeon or else I would not allow him to operate on me. He doesn't shake hands but that is okay--I hope that is his way of taking care of his hands. In my lifetime I have been on the receiving end of some pretty bone shattering handshakes. Let's put it this way--I don't want anyone giving him a bone shattering handshake on the eve of my surgery.
