One of those days

Maybe it's just me. One minute I'm ecstatic about battling this weight loss journey and hopefully overcoming some health conditions. Then on the other hand just depressed about the entire situation. On a emotional roller coaster right now. The past few days I have been up and down. This past Wednesday night I was in the emergency room for severe abdominal pains and vomiting. It has slowed up but still can barely eat. Having gastroparesis is no fun at all. Lets see Friday, I went walking for about 30 minutes. That was a plus. The best day was Saturday, I did Zumba for the first time in my life. I enjoyed it, but it kicked my tail. Now I'm paying for it. My knee is killing me. That's the price I got pay to lose weight. So, today is Sunday, feeling kind of down. It's hard when you really don't have anyone in your corner. Oh well, it's life. Hoping tomorrow is a better day. My plan is to go walking in the morning and Zumba tomorrow evening. I'm going to leave you alone for now. Later
