Hello all officially today I have lost 100 pounds. I started this journey weighing 280 lbs eight months ago. I'm so happy and blessed with this procedure and wouldn't change not one step it has taken for me to get here. I currently have 5 more pounds to reach my target weight...DAMN IT FEELS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I went to my 6 months doctor visit on 10/21/09 and he said I was looking and doing great. He did state my ideal weight would be around 135 but my goal is set for 175, which would be great with me I'm not sure if I'm ready to see myself physically at 135. I received my test results on Monday and they were all perfect and was told whatever I'm doing to keep it.

Yesterday picked a size 18 in jeans and was testing my heart because it was going to break if they didn't fit. Well I think my smile lit up the whole entire Houston because the jeans fit. My partner was smiling so much I could see her back teeth  . We both were in aww from a 26 to 18. Another goal accomplished to get out of size 20's. Next is onederland 8 more pounds and I'll be there.

My whole purpose was to get WATERMELON I'M A JUNKIE FOR IT....But thought while I'm here lets just see. Okay I had given up on trying to find the right kind of protein that wouldn't make me . My hair is thinning and I know its a process but if I can help it then I will try even though my beautician thinks she can cure the hair falling

So I went to the Whole Food Market and asked a representative within the vitamin area and she directed me to MRM Whey Protein 100% Natural Rich Vanilla and advised me to mix it with Almond Milk which comes sweetened or unsweetened. Luckily the protein was offered in single packages so I didn't have to wast 20 or 30+ dollars on a big tub. I was really excited and couldn't wait to get home because she sounded really sure and confident as to what she was advising me about. I get home do my usual and thought what the heck lets get it over with. I mixed as directed and OMG it was good. I'm not a milk drinker but with the combination of vanilla and almond taste it was really good. On my way back to buy bigger tub and this time I will blend it with pineapple hmmm I can taste already.
