Barry Seidel, M.D.
My first impression of Dr. Seidel was that he's a frail little man but he sure put me at ease and seemed like he could handle anything that came his way. His office staff is top notch. I immediately latched onto the Anita one of his nurses that took my vitals. We both have fire fighting in common. We talked about calls and training and just had a great time talking. They call her Fireball. I'm definately going to get her email the next time I see her. Future patients should know that he puts you right at ease and even tells a few jokes to lighten things up some. He's not a stiff bird at all. He addressed the risks and everything very plainly and wanted you to ask all the questions you wanted or needed to. I am very confident in Dr. Seidel and cannot say enough nice things about him. I love him.

    Jeremy, Welcome to OH!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Depression

Hi everyone,

Depression has hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm not sure weather or not I am going to have the surgery or not. I missed last months dietary consult and I have to reschedule this months already. I've been are bad lately also. Potatoe chips, hot dogs, balogna, you name it. Food porn basically. I'm at a point tonight where I can't sleep because my feet and legs hurt and are keeping me up. I am trying so hard not to eat the crap. I wish I could find someone to help me with this.
