My Story

Hello, my name is Katie. I'm here to support a good friend of mine going through the weight loss surgery process. I myself dont need the surgery but I'm loving the info I'm getting from going to the meetings and classes with her. I am over weight myself and I am trying to loss it. It is a process as you know. I have been at my heavest 183lbs. I am now 175lbs I was at 169lbs but I have stopped exercising everyday due to life changes. But I do plan on getting back on the wagon and getting this weight off. I am a single mother of one 4yr old wild child. LOL and going to school for nursing so I know how important good health is maintaining a good weight. Well with that said.. I'm off to a good start I think and I'm very proud of my friend for making the big decsion in changing her life for the better.. <3
