Hi, I need some help!  How do I update my profile picture or I guess they call it an avatar on here.

New to the site

So I'm a newbie to this site and I have no idea how this all works.  I am 34 years old and going through
the steps to get approved for gastric bypass.  I have one last appointment with my surgeon's PA on thursday and
then they will submit it to my insurance for approval.  I have no fears that they will deny it as I have other's in
my company who are on the same insurance that have gotten approved.  I am however scared of the actual
surgery, hairloss and gaining the weight back.  I know that I haven't even had the surgery yet, but this is a big step
and I don't want to let myself down or those around me and gain the weight back.  Anyways, thought I would
introduce my self and can't wait to visit more on this site with others who are going through the same struggles.
