I weighed in at 147.8 on Saturday so I am losing again after a brief eating binge and a lack of my exercising.  Even though it is not  a big loss, every little ounce counts.  These little .6, 1.4, etc can add up to a big loss and another dress size down eventually, as long as I keep doing it weekly.  I went shopping and bought a size small shell/cami and a size 8 pants suit that I can fit.  And my size 10 jeans are getting loose on me.  Yall stay focused so you will not be a slow loser like I am.  But I am still working on it.  It is a daily battle.  Cya!
