Well, I'm 4 days post op

I had a panniculectomy, abdominal and back, on Friday, June 24th.  I weighed myself on the day of surgery, weighed in at 153lbs, weighed again 3 days later and weighed 144.6. The pain from the gastric bypass was much worse than this pain.  I have some burning, the real pain is coming from me coughing up the cold.  So, I am taking 500mg of oxycodone for the pain.  I take 1 once or twice a day and 2 at night so I can get a good nights sleep.

I have 4 drains and going in on Thursday for my first post op visit.  I hope he takes all 4 drains out then maybe I can lay on my stomach and scratch my stomach and sides.  They itch like crazy.  My butt burns allot but I can definitely tell there is a difference it the shape.  I don't have that big nasty lump of fat hanging in the middle of my butt, and when I lay on my side the folds of skin aren't laying on my bed any longer.  So now I actually have a nicely shaped butt and no longer have a hanging stomach of course.  But I can't wait to see my stomach its all wrapped up in plastic wrap, cotton gauze, and a binder.

I am so bored to death sitting around the house I can't wait to get out of here.  I have taken before, just before surgery with the markings, right after surgery, the day after surgery, and waiting to take the after pictures which I will be placing on my profile.  Cya and take care yall.
