January 17, 2013, Happy Surgiversary to Me!

Jan 16, 2013

Hello everyone!

Happy belated anniversary to me!  I'm two days off from my anniversary date but better late than never.  It's been 9 years for me!  I started out at 342 now I am at 152 still working to get to my goal of 142 and on to my final BMI goal of 138.  This last 10 pounds is the worst.  I can wear sizes 6 and 8's.  Still working hard to workout 6 days a week.  My sweet tooth is back, not sure why, but that's my problem now.  But, I'm working on keeping it to a minimum, I still have problems eating allot of sweets at one time, it tears my stomach up.  You would think that would keep me from eating so many sweets but no not me, I just gotta eat half and eat the other half later or I eat it all and then drink water to get it out of me.  I am so sad, I want to do better but have no idea how or why I want sweets all the time.

I try to eat fruits to fill me up but it doesn't work all the time.  So to keep me at my current clothing size I work out for 2 hours a day.  I go to the gym and use the elliptical for 45 minutes then the cross trainer for 25 minutes and walk for an hour 3 days a week , the other 3 days I use aerobic or zumba DVD's and sometimes I use my spinner for an hour in the morning and evening before and after work.  I am so tired of this circle.  Yall pray for me to get out of this circle or if anyone has any advice, please post.  Thanks yall and good luck to the newbies and everyone else on your weight loss journey.
