How are you! I am a new member and when I read you Bio you remind so much of me. Looks(of course your pretty), weight and all. I am so proud of you and I know you feel so much better. Keep up the good work. My surgery is September 10, 2004 and I am so excited. I have struggled with this all my life and God has answered my prayers. Please pray I will get through safe and I know Dr.lin and his staff will take care of me. Girl by the end of the year you will be out of the 200"s. I know I don't know you but I love you and I am really happy for you. Please keep in touch. You should update your picture. Can you tell me what to expect. I am getting open.

Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).
