Good luck with getting the surgery. I too am looking to have this done. I am 40 y/o and live in Illinois. I have good insurance I think but am very new to all of this. I have researched on here all day though and the more I read the closer I feel I am getting to my goal. I am here if you need me as we are both looking to have the surgery done.
