I completed my first Triathlon (500m swim, 11.2 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) in 1:36. I am so proud of myself! :) The bike route was very hilly and the run was a trail run (neither of which I had really prepared for). I still finished faster than I had hop

Sunday my friend and I rode 20 miles. Woo hoo! It is a pretty hilly route that we rode, and still averaged almost 16mph. I never thought I would be able to say that I rode 20 miles!
