Have to travel 7 hours round trip tomorrow to see my surgeon and nutritionist. Been 30 days since surgery. Feeling well, other than recovering from my first bout of urinary tract infection. I have seven more days on Cipro for that.

Had surgery on Wednesday the 1st. All went well and returned home on the 2nd -- 3.5 hours in the car but stopped at all the rest stops to get my walk in. Drank a little water in the car. Felt really pretty good during the day.
