Doing well today - esp. considering insomnia. And Casino issues last night. Drinking all water and getting protein in. Very healthy bariatric lunch.

By parents had them --- I don't want them. Reason to remember when making food abd exercise and SLEEP choices going forward.

Feeling he drop of water weight already; feels good...much less bloated and feel better.  Still feel super big but focusing in protein and water is helping ...even at day 3.
