Day 3 BOT

Feeling he drop of water weight already; feels good...much less bloated and feel better.  Still feel super big but focusing in protein and water is helping ...even at day 3.

Taken to a bday lunch and offered dessert, bread, etc. all over again today....I had a really good mango avacado salad with lettuce and 3 prawns. And bfast was coffee and protein shake and snack has been high protein low sugar greek yogurt....powering through water as well. And recording all food.

I should be eating 1200 calories but right now shooting for around 1530 to get started - but no flour, overt sugars, etc. focus on protein, veg, some fruit, and water. Know I need to add more movement but I have a knee injury and going to PT weekly and workign on it at home as well; trying to improve so can walk more and do more.

Praying for strenth and focus to make this my supportable doable food choice for life and not just another 'attempt'. That I understand this is putting my health first.

I turned 56 yesterday and I don't want to have heart attacks and strokes and diabetes like my parents and theirs.
