Insomnia

I struggle so with it constantly and tonight pretty bad. And its a big contributor to :-)u increased hunger and restless eating. 

 

I don't fully understand my insomnia but regardless it makes me want to eat. 

 

Tonight instead of sugar (or carbs I had some melon and a cup of high protein soup- puts me in too high of a calorie bracket for day but a win in terms of healthier abd bariatric orientation choices.

But still a lot of room for health improvement
