Day 7 BOT

Did very well last 2 days; chose dense protein, veggies, fruit and water. Instead of salty or sugar snacks had cherry tomatoes and berries, and asked family for healthy bday dessert and they accommodated. 

 

Nerve wtacking eating out big breakfast where huge huge portions and pasteries and toast abounded. But had meat scramble and potatos and sour cream and just a tiny bite of gluten free muffin with butter... real proud of that. And salmon and veggie only dinner with necturine for dessert.

 

brought my own protein snacks and powder which kept me on track as well. 

 

Need to lower calories and carbs but very happy with being in house where mom died, with family, doing bday things, etc; very happy with my first week BOT.
