My six month surgiversary was on 12/3, and while I didn't make my goal of onederland by then, I did hit it today!  Starting weight was 296, surgery weight 282. I couldn't be happier with my sleeve!

I received my vitamin patches (multi and calcium) in the mail today. I'm deciding if I'd like to wear them during the day or at night. Is there any benefit to one time of day over another, or is it just personal preference?

Does Syntrax Nectar need to be refrigerated after being mixed with water? It's made from whey protein, which makes me think of milk products, but I know the protein has been processed.
