I am needing lunch ideas that I can take to work along with any good snacks. I am almost 3 months post op. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thank you 😊

I am now 1 week post-op and cannot seem to get any sleep. For the last 3 nights the most sleep I have gotten a night is 3 1/2 hours. Has anyone else experienced this after surgery? What can I take to help me sleep?

What vitamins do I need to get for after my surgery? My surgeon didn't mention them today at my appointment. My mind was everywhere and didn't think about it. Surgery was going to be the 7th but has been pushed back till the 14th.
