First time appointment (not what I expected)

So I have finally have a 1st time appointment but my insurance is telling me that I have to participate in a weightloss program for at least a year before I can get the surgery and I also have to have a few other things I have to do to get approved. I just wish I had the money to pay out of pocket. I look in the mirror and hate every inch of what I see. I just cry all the time because of how bad and embarrassed I feel about myself. I just wish the process could be faster, I wish I could get it done in a few months instead of a year. I have this problem where it's 10 times harder for me to lose weight then other people because my body doesn't fight off the fat as fast of everyone else. I have tried doing the 21 day fix workout and portion cups for a while and I only have lost like 3 pounds.
