Just had surgery four weeks ago and am now on mostly regular food -- nothing hard or chewy or sugary or carb-y, no seeds, nuts, peels, etc -- as long as I chew chew chew and don't overeat. But tonight I ate too much, too fast -- and I am IN PAIN. I had
