I lost first in my face and neck and then my buttocks and thighs. I have lost some around my waist and breasts but not a lot. Is this typical? The place I want to lose the weight the most is being the most stubborn.

I joined a WLS forum on Facebook and TBH the ignorance in abundance is bringing out the worst in me. I seriously lost it the other day. Some lady posts about why people did RNY and then preceded to argue and dispute everyone who said anything to her. S

So I could use some advice please. I am struggling on how to add in regular dependable exercise into my schedule. I work an hour and a half drive from my home and I work long hours. I am lucky to get home by 7pm and I leave no later than 6:30 each morn

As of last Thursday, I am 3 weeks post op. And I have been at 202 for over a week now. I have searched the forums and found this is a common stall time but boy it is still depressing just the same. I sure hope this doesn't last much longer.
