Wife and I feed our two dogs raw, and meant to buy my little one some chicken thighs w/ bone to feed. I realized that I bought boneless so figured wouldnt let go to waste, so I threw on grill and basted with BBQ

Am now within 20 days of my surgery dates. Had my preop testing appointment at my PCP, havent talked to him about having surgery (since I'm self pay).

I'm not really big into soda... I do however really enjoy la croix. Anyone have any issues with drinking that? I know our new pouches will be much smaller so the gas from the water could feel bloated I imagine

Yesterday was sitting in a conference with customers and got a call from my Walgreens, that I had a prescription ready to pickup. I stopped in to grab it, even though I didnt drop anything off... Figured it was medicine for the surgery.

Looking forward to my first appointment tomorrow at noon at surgeons office. Its only with I believe a physician assistant. 1.5 hour drive... They said its only like a 25 minute appointment.

I just posted a comment on a thread and thought I would share this. I havent had surgery yet and I absolutely love weight lifting in a gym. I found this program exploring BCBS website maybe 9 months ago.
