Thank you appreciate the support I am actually doing well just suffering from gerd which really sucks makes it hard for me to eat sometimes i dont even eat sigh but im not even 2 months yet and im almost 40 pounds down so im happy about that. You look good hope i get to that level one day lol

I need to work out for like an hour or 2 and try to stop eating foods im not supposed to be eating i have stumbled a bit i tend to have random cravings. so it sucks im hoping this website can help me from going food crazy.
