Whoohooo!!! Got on the scale today and realized I`m half way to my goal weight!! After only 4.5 months!!! I`m so glad I made this life change! I feel so much better about myself mentally and physically! Just had to post cause I`m super excited!!!!!!! :

Soooo....the scale went up a pound this morning? I was down 20 since my surgery on the 25th, and now 19. Is something wrong? am I losing to slow? Is it normal???? I`m still on full fluids, I didn`t think gaining was even possible? I can only intake 1/2

I've been passed by nurses, dieticians, and Dr. Glazier. I have an appointment with Dr Hagen tomorrow, they told me to bring 2 grocery bags for my optifast!! Anything else I should expect???
