so im on phase 5 and now I have to start cooking for myself and it is so hard because I'm so use to cooking Spanish food that now I'm so stressed out.  These has been such a hard journey, and now cooking and especially no

today I'm feeling sick, Ate a little bit for breakfast trying to drink but feel sick and weak and going in phase 3 on Monday.  But not feeling well, is this normal. Sorry don't have anyone to ask and wondering if you guys will..

hi, guys starting phase 3 soft foods, to be honest can't wait.  This has been so hard for me. Missing bread and rice guys.  Question does anyone know when am I able to eat lettuce?   

I'm on phase 2 mushy foods and its is hard, don't know what to cook. Had eggs, cream of week, pastina don't like. And don't know what else to have. Please help with ideas
