so I wanted to know why some people ,like me ,have slower weightloss

i am following the plan , exercising every day more than I have done b4 surgery.. 

No matter what I do I am down 60 lbs in 7 months 

no way am I complaining ju

so I am at my 4 month appointment and I am feeling great .. I am at a 2 week stall now but I am not getting discouraged 

till the nutritionist come in and tells me I am not loosing fast enough 

I am down 45 lbs and not only that clothin

I had my sleeve 2/24/16 and I have lost 40lbs total

my question is am I the only one with no goal weight? I just want to feel good and be able to do everything !!

Before wls my kids always made fun of me that I had hot flashes at 40 years old .. After surgery I can never get warm!!! I sleep with 3 blankets!! I find myself always saying how cold I am !! Is this normal does this happen to anyone else ?

My sleeve was done on feb 24 and I was doing great !! 2 weeks ago my Daughterinlaw was admitted to hospital 32 weeks pregnant ..(my 1st grandbaby)
