Hello! My name is Mary and I live in Saint Paul, MN. I have wanted to have WLS for years but my insurance never covered it. My company switched to a different insurance last year and hooray! I had the sleeve on September 8, 2016.
I am a Clinical Social Worker and I volunteer as a fundraising coordinator with a dog rescue. Dogs are my passion! I am the doting mother to 9 year old Fonzie, my rescued Bichon. He is a puppy mill survivor, and I adopted him in August 2013. He is my life, and my best friend. We both volunteer a lot for the rescue where I adopted him, and we love being busy with it. He is the perfect ambassador and pawlanthropist for rescue dogs everywhere!
