I START MY 2 WEEK PRE-OP LIQUID DIET NEXT WEEK. IN PREPARATION, I HAVE BEEN TRYING A VARIETY OF READY MAKE PROTEIN DRINK. I NEED 20 GRAMS OR MORE OF PROTEIN AND 5 GRAMS OR LESS OF CARBS.
