I didn't it

Jun 13, 2017

Well guys, I did it. I had my sleeve surgery last Wednesday. Everything went well, no pain just a lot of nausea - oh and the low oxygen in my blood for no reason. The doctors also found a hernia and fixed it to, so I have a few more staples than I need.

I have now been on a liquid diet for three weeks and it's about to kill me.  Try to take sips of water and sometimes forget and oops "that hurts" comes to mind. I am down 20 lbs and boy does it feel great, my feet don't hurt.

I know it was the right decision to make, but afraid of the future. I can just smell the sugar. I have to learn to eat right. Does anyone out there know of any recipient, websites that they go to that are trusted?
