These are supposed to fry foods with hot air, leaving them much lower in fat (of course) if using no oil. Does anybody here have one? If so, do you like it?

I cannot stop thinking about meat. Burgers are the worst. I hope this isn't a glimps into whats to come. I hope this lets up.

I'm  a week out  from surgery today.

Over the past days of recovery I have been hungry. Probably a combo of head and body hunger. I eat a tiny amount and get full, but as soon as an hour later need to eat again. I hope this regulates, or maybe

My Doctor only had me on the phase 1 diet for 48 hours, so now I'm onto phase 2. So I put a scoop of Chunky sirloin burger soup, a scoop of Cauliflower Cheddar soup, and a splash of red potato soup in the blender. It is very tasty and easy to get down.

 48 hours out of surgery. No real pain in hospital, but now I feel like a stabbing victim. They gave me liquid pain meds but they don't seem to do much. I have some percocet left from my lumpctomy, am tempted to take some.. I don't really have trouble

I'm having these weird cramps right in the center of my stomach. kinda like labor pains. Weird. And now I have a red line around the biggest incision (where the cramps are) Doesn't a red line mean infection? The DR just looked at it too.

I have some pain and lots of brusing.

I am able to drink quite a bit, which is nice.

Hours after surgery I was vomiting blood, very red blood. This happen to any of you?

But I am home now. Now the fun begins.

My surgery is tomorrow and after a conversation with admitting yesterday I am a little confused. She said I could have yogurt and pudding. The nutritionist is off today, so I cannot ask him.

I am having my procedure on 11/17. I have told most of my family and a couple of very close friends. I have a good friend who didn't tell anyone. I found out from the kids, her daughter told mine. 

My question; who did you tell? Everyone? No on

I'm a little unnerved, having just signed all the "You could die" paperwork.

My choices were Nov, 17th, a week before Thanksgiving, or Nov 30th, 25 days before Christmas Eve, so I chose Nov 17th, hoping it is a good omen it being my departed Mo

After some research and talking to my Doctor I was referred to the Kaiser Bariatric program, lap band was what I was interested in, but Kaiser in my area no longer does them.
