Another day another pound!

I'm down to 210.6!!! Yay. I'm down 12 pounds since getting back on track. I'm finally starting to feel a little better. I was able to eat yesterday. I'm going to stick to mild stuff today as I try to eat. yesterday I ate avacado half for breakfast. I seem to do well with it and it doesn't have adverse affects so I will stick to that today. Lunch time I'm going to try to eat some cottage cheese and butternut squash for lunch. I'm not sure about dinner yet. I will try shakes as well even if that means I can only drink half of one, it's better than nothing. I'm so thankful for my loss since starting this back up. I think I'm sticking to this better than I did when I first had the surgery. Lol. My doc wasn't real clear about instructions for after care diet so I kind of winged it when I had the surgery but now I have a plan and I'm sticking to it well. I'm So proud of myself. ALthough I really wanted something sweet yesterday seeing all these commercials for yummy desserts. Ugh. but the feeling passed and I was fine. I know I can finally do this. I'm so proud of myself and of my husband. He hasn't had surgery yet but he's eating the way I am. He's losing but we aren't sure how much because my scale won't weigh him. I guess we will see at the next doctors appointment.
