No Loss Today But That's Ok

Woke up today at 210.6 again. NOT a problem, I'm glad to be where I am so far. I can't wait until I'm under 200 lbs. It's so close but feels so far away. Lol. I had a little more carbs then usual yesterday because I ate butternut squash for lunch. I needed some veggies. I had a cauliflower bake with cheese for dinner. It was like mashed cauliflower with cheese and heavy whipping cream. It was really good but I put too much cheese in it so I'm going to cook some more cauliflower and add it today. I love my new cook book. SIX ingredients or less Low-carb cooking It has some yummy stuff in it. I've also started exploring pinterest for recipes. They have tons of them I only saved maybe four because I ran out of time while looking through them. I can't wait to get below 210, and 200, I'm making progress but on days that I don't lose it feels like progress is slow. My mom is not having surgery but wants to start eating like I do to lose weight. She's diabetic and should be eating like this any way but she is the carb queen. She eats mostly carbs most of the time. I'm going to write her a list of stuff she can eat today before we go shopping. That way she has a list of stuff she can eat. I didn't do real well yesterday with my water intake. I'm shooting to do better today. I have my ice water in a bottle next to me and I've been sipping it. I won't drink any coffee till the first bottle of water is gone. If I do it that way I will get enough water in because I can drink it between coffee drinks and while I'm just sitting here.
