1-Week Check Up

I went to my 1-week post surgery meeting today.  Down 7 pounds since surgery, and I'm excited but not as excited as my blood pressure reading at 115/74 WITHOUT MEDS! My last BP check with my primary care doctor for my pre-op physical on January 24 was 175/104 and the doc doubled my meds. Wow!  What a great thing to find out today.  

Tomorrow I start the "full liquids" diet for 2 weeks.  I went on a supply run to the grocery store and am feeling ready. I've set 13 alarms in my phone.  This really has me thinking about how to plan my day when I return to work on March 6.  I guess that's why I have some time off! Time to plan, plan, plan.
