On the RNY board theyre talking about throwing up.  Lots of people are chiming in and saying they throw up daily, weekly, monthly, etc....  I have never thrown up from this.  Granted Im only 4 months in and Im generally conservative. But it still made

I'm 4 months out from RNY.  I havent had anybread since surgery at all.  I just caved and had half a Josephs Pita toasted.  My God it was good.  I bought it cuz it appears to be very low calorie and low carb (60 calories and 9grams of carb).

for the past 3 days my stools have been absolutely charcoal black ( sorry for the fun visual ).  Web MD says it could be two things:  change in diet (obviously no concern to me right now) or gastrointestinal bleeding (obviously a big concern).  I'm sur
