Hi all! I’m one week post op, and am feeling really great. Most of my pain is gone, and I am able to walk as much as I like. Also, I can drink water really well...I’m up to about 80 0z per day. The thing is...I am hungry! I’m supposed to star

I’m on day 3 since surgery. Wow am I sore! At this point, everything hurts. I am having success with getting enough liquids and I’m getting my walking in. Sleeping is tough...really hard to get comfortable. Thanks for all the encouragement!

Hi Mateo, Congratulations on the beginning of your journey. Best advice, take it one day at a time. Never step away from the basic rules and always, always work on your head issues. They will derail you quicker than a cheese burger. Hi Everyone. I'm new to this forum, and I have my surgery scheduled for tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous because I have never had surgery before. But, I'm excited about the future. Any words of advice for someone who is just starting this journey?
