The scale hasn't moved in a week. I have heard of the dreaded 3 week stall, but how long does it last? Can people look at my menu and see if there is an area I can improve in? I am eating 600-800 cals per day with 60-80g of protein and 64-80oz of water

I had RNY yesterday and everything went well. My biggest issue is peeing and gas. I feel like I have to force the pee out. Then I get naseus from pushing. Nurses say this is normal. Also gas hurts but I can't seem to push it out. how do I handle that?<
