Body Prisoner

My name is Tamisha, and I am a prisoner in my body. I stand approximately 5'2 and I am very close to 400lbs. I have been gaining and losing the same 20 lbs for the last 10 years. I don't know when I lost control, but I do know that I don't want to die like this. My health is deteriorating rapidly. My mobility is very very limited and I now walk with the help of a walker and cane. I have the attributes of an elderly woman. My knees sound like bubble wrap and I am truly at a loss as to how do I fix it? Financial resources are very limited and I don't have insurance. I need a miracle and an Angel!!
