I've been a slow loser, but slow and steady averaging 1-2 lbs per week and I am 14 weeks post op. I've recently started to incorporate exercise into my plan. I'm doing a boot camp type workout with a trainer 3 times per week. Since the day I started

RNY was on Monday and it went well.  I am home and going between walking and resting.  I'm having trouble distinguishing between gas pains that need to worked out and surgical pains that require medication. Any suggestions on that?

My doctor made the referral to the Bariatric Netork on Feb 26th.  When should I expect to hear from them about where I will be referred? I'm in London so I assume it will be Guelph, do you think I am right?
