I am new here. I have just began this journey. I am hoping to have my bypass in early 2018. I am still getting everything my insurance company wants. They want 4 nutrtional visit. Doctor referral. Visit from a psychiatrist. Have all that set up. Last thing is to show six months of Doctor supervised visit. 

I go on 20th for my 2nd nutrtional visit and talk to the doctor. So I will know more..
