I had RNY surgery September 10, 2015. I am 5’10” and weigh 186 pounds. I was 368 pounds prior to surgery. I am feeling lost these days. I am having a hard time sticking to a proper eating regime. My husband of 31 years is no longer my cheerleader

I had surgery September 10 and have lost 99 pounds to date....BUT I am also loosing hair...A LOT. I am taking the multivitamin daily, I generally get between 60 and 65 grams of protein a day,  I recently started Vitamin D and Biotin and I now use Nioxi

Hi,

I had my surgery on September 10. things went very well. My first post-op visit was great. The Dr. said I was the poster child for Gastric By-pass. I started this journey at 386, lost 22 pound in the pre-op diet. at the first post op visit
