Stomach spasm

3 weeks post op and I still cant get use to the stomach spasms.  They are less intense but still very uncomfortable.  Its like I dread eating or drinking anything because I dont want to deal with the discomfort.  I havent been on the scale in a week so I dont know how much i may have lost.  I kinda feel lost in my body and Im wondering if I will ever feel normal again.  Im trying to stay positive and give myself healing time but sometimes with every cramp I get a little discouraged.  It feels really weird to not be able to chug a bottle of water on hot humid days.......
