I just want to know after RNY or MGB how long on average does it take your body to digest food you ate from the moment it enters your mouth and down the other end? I've calculated it for myself and it's takes me around 2.5-3 hours which shocked me!!! N

ok so I'm one month out of a mini gastric bypass. I still feel it's hard to consume 600-800 calories per day. I average around 300-400 mainly from protein only. I feel lethargic and the palm of my hands look pale though I'm still taking my multivitamin

It seems no matter what I eat or how I eat Or how much I eat always feel nauseous with accelerated heart beat and dizziness and usually dierrhea 30-60 min after. What to me seems like dumping syndrome. Some of the foods I eat are:-
